Custom Orders, Image Quality & Copyright

• Copyright Indemnity: By uploading images or artwork to our site for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it. You agree to take full responsibility and indemnify VÉLORA against any copyright infringement claims arising from the images you upload.
• Image Quality Disclaimer: VÉLORA provides premium, studio-level prints. However, the final print quality heavily depends on the resolution of the image you upload. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality file uploads.
• Content Restrictions: VÉLORA reserves the right to refuse printing any images that contain illegal, highly offensive, or inappropriate content.

Pricing and Zero Extra Payment Fees

We believe in absolute transparency. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay for the item.

• Card Payments (PayHere): We absorb all card processing fees. You will not be charged any extra percentage for paying via credit or debit card.
• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): While standard transactions usually carry a interest/fee, VÉLORA covers this 10% fee completely. You incur absolutely no extra fees when using this installment method.

Payment Methods, Verification & Unpaid Orders

• Bank Transfers: If you choose the bank transfer option, you must transfer the exact order amount and input the exact remark provided by our system. You must upload the payment slip for auto-verification.
• Unpaid Orders: If a bank transfer order is placed but the payment slip is not uploaded within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled by our system.
• Online Gateways: Payments made via PayHere and BNPL are verified automatically.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process, print, and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after production is complete.

Delivery times are estimates. VÉLORA is not liable for unexpected delays caused by external courier services or severe weather conditions.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for color accuracy, slight color variations between what you see on your digital screen (phone/monitor) and the final physical print may occur due to screen calibration differences.
