• Order Fulfillment: Your uploaded images are used strictly for printing your requested custom items. We do not use your personal photos for promotional or any other purposes without your explicit written permission.
• Communication: To send you order confirmations, production status updates, and to respond to your inquiries.
• Payment Verification: To verify your bank transfer slips automatically via our system.

Data Retention & Deletion (Your Photos)

We understand the private nature of the photos you upload (e.g., personal gifts, family moments). Therefore, we maintain a strict data retention policy. Your uploaded images are kept securely in our studio archives solely for production and potential reprint requests. All customer-uploaded images are permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after your order is successfully delivered. You may also contact us to request immediate deletion of your images after delivery.

VÉLORA does not sell, trade, or share your personal information or uploaded images with third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers (like payment gateways and our courier partners) strictly for processing your payment and delivering your order.
